Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services and book a call. Please don't misuse it, try to break it, or submit false information through our forms.

Our work samples

Some projects shown are concept builds created for real local businesses. Business names and contact details are blurred for their privacy. They show our design and build work, not results we promise for your business.

No guarantees

The information on this site is general and provided "as is." Results from websites and advertising depend on many things outside our control, including your market, offer, budget and ad platform changes. We don't guarantee any specific number of leads, calls or sales unless it is written into a signed agreement with you.

Calls and text messages

When you submit your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Third-party services

Booking is handled by Calendly, and the site may use tools from Meta and Google. Those services have their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this site belong to XVR Marketing LLC. Work samples belong to us or the businesses they were made for. Please don't copy them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, XVR Marketing LLC isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of this site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
